Rob and Carly Seward live and work in Horsforth, North Leeds and founded Yorkshire Property Design Services in June 2020 after many years working in the architectural and property sectors. Our goal is to provide a professional, approachable architectural design service in the Leeds area and beyond.
Rob has over 20 years experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT).
Carly has worked in the local property industry for 15 years, firstly in sales and lettings, latterly in property auctions.
Together, we aspire to deliver the best customer service alongside the highest quality drawings and plans with a clear and transparent pricing structure.
